This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is still appropriate for your pet’s current condition.
IMPORTANT: We kindly request 36 hours notice to fill RX refills. However, we will work to process your request quickly and contact you by phone or text to let you know that it is ready for pick-up. Prescription Refills and Food Orders are not confirmed until you have received notification.
